Howdy!
Names DJ. I live in PA. I am a firearm enthusiast and a motorhead.
I own a 98 Dodge Ram 1500 Sport with the 360.
Just bought her with only 100k miles fully loaded, 4x4, mint interior with a little rust around the body a couple weeks ago for 1500 bucks (coincidence? maybe).
I picked her up with the ever so pertinent "rough idle at random times while stopped or parked" issue without knowing it. First thing I did was replace the clean the throttle body, replace the IAC and throw on a 14x3 to wake the truck up a bit.
Still rough idles here and there but I'm not too worried about it, other than that it's a great truck and when it does happen a couple on-offs of the gas peddle does the trick.
I've already learned a ton from this site and am happy to be a part of it. =)
