Old guy-old iron
Hi fellow mopar enthusiast; I have finally gotten around to registering after a lot of years enjoying different topics about our trucks. I have been a loyal dodge guy ever since I was a lot boy at L&L dodge in Bellingham wa. from 1962 till 1968. I am the original owner of a 1972 w-100, "Thump" as friends named it in the mid 70's . Every time I wanted a new truck I would look at the sticker and go home and do something else to Thump to give it a new feel to me. Needless to say it has changed a bit since I took delivery in Dec 1971. I guess it sounds crazy but I ordered it before I new what the new 1972's were gunna look like. It has had front wheel wells radiused 2 1/2 ", 5" sch. 40 bumpers front and rear, warn winch (cable controls ), hi-po 383 .030 over , jahns pistons , yada, yada, yada . It now is semi-retired here on the ranch and my 98 cummins is the gooseneck hauler etc. . Enough about my old iron ......Its good to know there is still people out there that like there equip. and keep it looking good. Off grid in central wa. Go hawks!
