Hello DF, a Grand Caravan from Nor Cal
Hello DF members,
My daughter purchased her first car to be a 1990 Grand Caravan, 2 days ago. Her sensible decision in the minivan was influenced by our granddaughter, the roomy space inside, a sports car wasn't needed, and, of course, the price.
I went with her to check it out from a private party. I gave that vehicle a good look-over, as if I was doing a Commercial Vehicle Pre-trip Inspection. The PO (who was a mechanic) said he was impressed with my thoroughness. I told him that was it was going to have my granddaughter in it, and besides, I was going to be the one working on it.
For it's age, it is still a solid vehicle with no leaks, not overheating, and everything works.
Anyways, since I will be working on it, I will be referencing this forum a lot, and, I will be asking some questions, as well.
