I am a near-retirement-age disabled woman in north-east Kansas on a next-to-nothing income. I recently inherited an '89 Dodge Caravan that had simply sat since 2007. In the process of getting it home there were damages caused to it that I am going to need guidance fixing - on a tin foil & bubble gum budget. I cannot afford to pay a mechanic, so you guys will be badly needed.
