97` 4 dr Grocery getter
This is just what I needed!! Nice site.
I look forward to talking to all, arguing with some, and learn what I can from the one`s in the know!!
My wife has driven the car since new, it has just a little over 50k, so I`m trying to give it some personal flare for the wife.
I just did my first tune on it ( I usually take it in to a shop).
I thought I`d take over the maintenance on it. I do have one question, when I pulled the plugs they where covered in oil from the nut up to the insulator, is this normal??
I`m thinking valve cover gasket leak, but this being the first "hemi head" style engine I`m confused with finding oil on the plugs. The plugs where fine as far as burn goes, this oil was definatley not coming from the combustion chamber.
Any way cool site, pass some tips for dependability and performance my way.
I just want a smooth confident ride for my wife. Thanks!!
One more thing, my paint finally started peeling off, what`s the story behind that??
did they have a problem with 96-97-98 neon paint??
