Hello everyone
Hello everyone… greetings from Raleigh, NC. I hope y’all are doing well.
I just posted in the B3500 van forum and wanted to stop by here and say hey. I got my van about 4 years ago with close to 300k miles on it. I’ve put >30000 miles on it since then and it’s a great vehicle. I purchased the van to transport my bikes -both street and dirt machines. I searched and found one with a wheelchair lift that I’ve converted into a motorcycle loading platform, and it’s been perfect for the task. I love this van!
I’m no master mechanic but I’m fully capable. I’ve been in the rear hub assemblies 2x now (I replaced the wheel cylinders back there… had to do one of them twice, ouch!) so if someone has questions about that, I’ll try to help. I have some photos, but no official write-up.
I’ve also been intimate with the hydraulic system for the handicap lift, so I’ll offer assistance in that dept as well.
