Default Worn front end?

I just took my 2008 Dodge 1500 in to get a flat repaired. They replaced it with a new tire, did rotation, and sent me on my way. I noticed a smell on the way home and once home found passenger front tire slightly smoking on the inside from rubbing against the tie rod. After looking, all 4 tires have the same rub mark since both back had been in front before. 1 year ago I had the same company put on new wheels and tires (over sized) and havent noticed anything drastic. question is, did something on my front end wear out enough to cause the ends of the tie rods to move enough to rub on the tire, or are the tires to big being the cause of the rubbing. All the tires now have a circular groove now from this rubbing.

Thanks

perform a suspension check.
