Hello. My name is George. I'm an "old" member as I was born in 1945. However, I didn't purchase my first Dodge until 1978 when I bought a used '76 Ramcharger 4x4. Liked it a lot. Sold it 7 years later and bought a new 2500 4WD pickup. Beat the heck out of it until it bit the dust around 2000. Then bought a 2 year old '98 3500 HD cab and chassis with a Cummins, dump body and lift gate. Greatest thing since power-flush toilets!. Still have it. It runs great but now I'm putting $ in the body and chassis because new ones are mega $$. I also own a 2012 1500 Big Horn 4WD with the 5.7 "hemi" (not really a hemi head but it is a great marketing gimmick). It has lots of power and comfort to boot. Now retired from teaching HS shop and my light construction business, I now spend whatever time I can building and modifying hot rods and classics.
