Greetings all. Newbie checking in from Glendale, AZ. I've owned the "Goat Truck" for a little over two years; it's a white 2006 Dakota SLT Quad-cab, 4x4 4.7 that I bought with only 75k on the odometer, and I've added about 15k to that. So far I'm impressed with the fit and finish of the interior: no squeaks, clicks, rattles or other malarkey that I came to expect from brand-new GMs. I have, however, been chasing the common transmission codes that seem to plague the 545 automatic. I came to the forum while searching for some advice on how to deal with these, and I look forward to both reading information and contributing what [little] I might be able to add.
