I just joined up here to have a look around, check out what Y'all have done with your Y'all vehicles, and I hope to learn some tips and tricks for basic-advanced repairs on my '04 Dodge Neon SXT that I bought from my little sister so that she could have some money to put down on a new car. I already/also have a '07 Xterra and a '07 RX8 (Which will be receiving an LS1/T56 swap that my family is rebuilding for me) but I just wanted to help out my little sis and in the process, I figured that maybe I would just learn about fixing up cars and fix the heck out of the Neon and use that for our daily driver to save on gas mileage when we don't need the space of the Xterra. Doing my first repairs in a few days (When the parts come in). I'll be replacing the transmission cooler, flushing it all out, pulling the cylinder heads and probably replacing the head gasket. My Father-In-Law is showing me how to do these repairs, which is really ****ing cool of him. I'll take pictures along the repair and I'll take some pictures of my Neon. It has some body damage on the drivers side rear quarter panel, but maybe I can fix that **** too. If not, we have a good body guy.
Well, I just wanted to say in advance, that it is nice to meet any of Y'all and I hope to speak with you and check out your cars in the future!
