Just a Dodge lover..
Hi Peoples,
When in the tossup between chosing a vehicle for myself, i've always preffered dodge in any case, given the fact my family are big on Chevy's and Fords, i'm trying to figure out their logic behind their choices however i guess not everyone's perfect
Anyhow i purchased a 2002 Dodge Dakota 4x4, previous i had an intrepid, just found it too low to the ground after driving my 1990 Dodge Ram Turbo cummings around, (I miss that truck). So here i was at the ford dealer inspecting their 2004 Ranger, loved the height of it but the room inside it was horrid, and test driving this thing i knew it was all wrong. So i went to my nearest Chrysler dealer where i had bought my previous Intrepid and Ram. There i saw my Dakota, i took her out for a test run and signed the papers that day.
Winter Times in Montreal are great, full of ice and snow, the handling capabilities with the AWD on this Dakota are simply amazing, however when i bought my truck they decided to up the gas prices to $1.00 per liter at the time, the bastards!!! a V8 is not the choice of a vehicle of your gonna worry about fuel consumption in any case, but this truck is deffinately worth it.
I joined this forum to find out what others are doing in regards to their Dakotas, as well as any trouble shooting i may encounter with my Dakota.
Looking forward to reading more of the great threads i have already browsed through
