I am new because I need some help the car has a rod knock and I think it is terminal there is one shop here in Chattanooga that will do the complete job, pull , repair / machine and put it all back together , at least 5K.

The car has 205,000 miles and it is a little rough but is had a little custom paint on it (sorry no pic yet) so do i fix it or sell it as is?

I've seen them anywhere from $2500 to $12000. That's with a good engine though. Start it at $5000 and see what happens.
