Hi all, maybe someone can help with this issue. I own a 2018 Durango with nav and wifi, after making calls my radio freezes and all functions don’t work. Turn the car off radio stays on. Only way I’ve learned to reset is to remove the bezel unscrew the radio remove the power clip and put it back. Took it to dodge after 3x this happened they did a software update. They said my iPhone is too advanced for the car. I call bs, I had a 2012 charger for 7 years and never had an issue with any iPhone. Possible the Bluetooth module is out of date and needs to be replaced with a newer module? Anyone ever have this problem?
