Hello all. A couple weeks ago I got a 96 Ram 1500, a beater with what seems so far to be a pretty decent engine. It's kinda rough, bumped & beat, but No Rust, and as peppy as the engine seems, I think it has a lot of life left in it and might be fun to throw a few dollars at it to fix it up. I'm sure I'll be taking advantage of the knowledge & expertise here so, THANKS IN ADVANCE!

(pic is before better tires -- look how tiny those things are! LOL!!! )

Welcome. You'll find a plethora of resources here. I've got a '96 myself but while it has the short bed, it's an extended cab.

One caveat here. If you want to put Flowmaster 44 exhaust on it, you'll have to leave your spare in the bed. The exhaust pipes block the spare tire carrier under the bed.
