Hi, I'm a newbie to the Dodge Forum and have owned two different Dodge Trucks for the past 5 years. I used to be fine with paying someone else to figure out the problems on my vehicle because I didn't want to but I became interested in figuring out my own problems after a former roommate who was an amateur mechanic taught me some things & would kinda dumb it down for me without making me feel like I was a stupid idiot for not knowing, which I really appreciated. Also, the trials & tribulations of finding a mechanic you can trust or isn't completely incompetent. My 1st truck was a 2001 Dakota that gave me all kinds of problems for the 3 years I had it. I eventually sold it for peanuts. My 2nd(& current)Truck is the one I mentioned in the title. I've had it almost 2 years, I absolutely love it despite a few problems here & there. I didn't realize how expensive it is maintaining a big truck, lol. But it's worth it to me. I'm a Transport Driver for a Health & Wellness department. I basically drive all over western Oregon taking people(mostly elders)to their doctors appointments. It has been my calling and I love my job. I'm a recovering meth/heroin addict with 7.5 years clean & sober, I was a House Manager at a halfway house for my first 7 years of sobriety. I finally moved out on my own & into my own place this year. I enjoy watching YouTube videos, movies, playing Xbox, working out & playing with my pets. I'm very respectful and I'm here to learn about some things that I'm unfamiliar with concerning Dodge Trucks, particularly 3rd Gen Dodge Trucks. I hope to meet some new people & maybe I can offer some assistance for someone who is in need of it. Thank you for reading!!
