New DF member saying HI !!
Just want to introduce myself.
I'm new to the Dodge forum, but not new to Dodge products. I have owned a 1957 Dodge panel truck (that was originally a Sears repair vehicle in the late 50's- early 60's). I dropped in a 1967 273 Barracuda V8 and an automatic trans in it and went through the rest of the truck to make it reliable to drive daily and used it to haul my Yamaha 125 to the races. Next was a 54 Dodge pickup, a 55 Dodge pickup, 69 V8 Dodge window van, a 72 360 V8 Dodge Van (that was the first car I ever bought new), (I've owned several Jeeps through the years too) In about 2000-2001 I bought a 1999 Dodge Ram, short bed Club Cab 2500 V10 4X4 (to replace an under powered Chevy Pickup I had) to pull my car trailer. (That truck could pull a house but couldn't pass a gas station) I now have a 2021 4X4 Ram 1500 Rebel that I bought used in 2023, and I just recently (12/24) picked up a very clean all stock 1999 2WD Dodge Durango with a 318 V8 with only 87000 miles on it. I have owned several Jeep Cherokees but always wanted a Durango.
Since January I have been doing some basic service work and upgrades to my Durango as it is now my daily driver.
I'll probably be on the forum here looking for information, getting opinions and asking some questions about the Durango as this is my first one and I respect the input from people who have experience with them.
Many thanks to the forum, and I'm looking forward to talking with you guys in the near future and looking at some of your 1st. Gen. Durangos!!!
Just one question for now: How hard is it to post pictures on the forum?
