I've always been a Chevrolet guy and today a bought a 2006 Dodge quad cab, 4wd, Sport, 20", MDS Hemi. Like it a lot, 16.5 mpg on first tank. 15.6 on the second. How much better can I expect the fuel mileage to get as I only have 1000km on it now? It's got all the power in the world but what upgrades will give me more MPG?

Welcome to the site!!! With a 4WD Quad Cab Hemi, you're in the ballpark for mileage. As the engine gets broken in, it should go up a little. Synthetic oil and fluids will also give it a boost.
