I'm looking at buying my first truck and I really like the '06 Dodge Ram Mega Cabs. Unfortunately I'm pretty new as far as buying a truck goes. It appears the mega cab only comes as an SLT or a Laramie. I've done searches but I can't find any info on what the difference is between the two other than one post that called a guy a "soccer mom" for buying a Laramie and a difference in body trim when I click between the two on the dodge site. Any info would be appreciated including any other thoughts if you were buying a new truck.

From what I've seen, the SLT is the best for the money.

 

I believe Dodge.com shows the difference and would reccomend the SLT.
