As for the picture under your truck, here ya go. The picture is called an Avatar, and most people will understand that if you ask them.
Your picture MUST be no bigger then 145 wide x 145 tall and it must not be any larger then 20k in size.
Along the top of the page you will see a bunch of text - Forum FAQ Dodge History My Profile.... Click on My Profile..
Scroll down until about mid page, you will see a section that says My Avatar click the option that sets Upload my picture and it will bring up a window to let you do this.
Simply browse to where your picture is, provided it meets the size requirements, and then click ok. Once the small window disappears, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click apply, then click ok, and you should now see your Avatar under your name.
Should it say that the file is too big, it means you need to resize it.
