first time poster, 72 owner
hi all,
i'm the proud daddy of a 1972 dodge charger, which is undergoing some heavy restoration. well, anyone who owns a '72 knows why i love the car. the styling is wonderful, and it just looks mean.
i'm in montreal, canada. if there be afficianados nearby, gimme a shout. old iron is tough to come by in this town.
both my fenders were shot, i've got them in the shop with the rest of the body. it got swiped by a bus AND fed ex truck. i'll take any advice anyone wants to give it. even though the super 6 is rebuilt, when all is said and done it will get a heart transplant (methinks, unless i get a nice deal on a hyper pak, but even then it won't be a beast). i'll keep the numbers matching engine anyhoo... ah, who the hell knows.
the whole interior needs work. the bench is shot... yep, a bench. it's a blast 'til you swing around a corner and it practically becomes a mattress...! then, and only then, i miss buckets.
if you have stuff for sale, lemme know!
