Default new here

whats up guys, im new here, and im looking for some answers. i dont really know where to post this so i figured i would put it in with my intro here. a buddy of mine has an 85 chrysler laser xe turbo, he keeps getting a code 45, and it goes into limp mode. now i have worked on nothing but my GN for about 5 years, and this car is nothing like it. so he is willing to sell me the car, but i wanna know what it will take to fix this problem. it seems to be pretty much stock. any help or direction of where to find these answers would be great... thx
