98 Dodge Ram won't idle

I have a 98 DOdge Ram. Ran perfectly til I parked. Started a few days later & it starts & dies. 318 engine. Will run OK as long as the RPM is over about 800. Any ideas??

Idle Air Control Valve (IAC), It's on the side of the throttle body. It could be dirty, though I don't know why it would start acting up after just parking it.
