edifying is a good word to use in this forum you must be a little older than me :-).. any ways wanted to say welcome.. my bro had a 2001 neon and loved it... he said it was great on gass just to small though for a big guy like him.. good luck with the answer to you qeustion

Back to basics now, Check engine light came on code p 0420 ,catylist efficiency below threshold at bank 1 (downstream O2 sensor)
changed that, reset, ran a few miles light came back on same code..changed converter, reset, light came back on same code... changed upstream O2 sensor reset again same results.. oh I did change the coolant temp. sensor also; changed spark plugs..
HELP ..well I am looking for the egr valve now and I can't find one (where is it ?) I might as well change that also..(complete new emission system) Will appreciate all good advice based on experience or just plain old knowledge .

Oh! and I am using a lot more fuel than the usual 28 - 33 mpg I am useed 2
