Is it hard to remove the radiator your self!!!

 

hey welcome to DF, you will get a better response if you ask that in your neon section. https://dodgeforum.com/forumid_122/tt.htm although removing a radiator in general isnt a hard thing to do. most of the time its just 4 bolts or so and you just have to drain the fluid. im not sure if the neons have electric or mechanical fans but if its electric im sure its only one plug that would have to be unpluged. good luck.
