Im new and have a 95 neon Sedan SOHC. First car as i am 16 and upon reading online i heard you can get quite a bit of power so i looked into it and i am hopefully going to start doing stuff to it within the next month.

Just takes time and money bud. If you got that you can make your neon fast, no problem at all.
