New Dodge Ram owner
Picked up my new 07 RAM last thursday. Runs great so far and is a blast to drive. The only question I can think of so far is on a CTD, at what mileage should I get my first oil change? I know with my last brand new vehicle, I got one at around 1k miles. Is this the same practice that should be done with a CTD?

welcome to DF!... stop by the CTD Forum and introduce yourself in the diesel rollcall thread we have tacked to the top. I would change it after about 1k miles. then 5~7k miles. There is a "Drews Brew" as we call it that helps smooth out your motor and get better mileage. info on it is also tacked to the top of the CTD forum...
