Hello Mopar Community
I'm new to the forum, but not new to Mopar by any means. I live for Mopar muscle cars and trucks and have for many years. Unfortunately, my interests far exceed my budget! Hopefully one day I'll have at least one of the Mopar muscle cars of my dreams, but for now I'm thankful for being able to make ends meet and have a little left over each month for auto parts to play with my toys!
My current Mopar is a 2003 Dodge Neon - 2.0L/5 speed. I bought it summer of '06 as a daily driver. With currently 38,000 miles it is still bone stock, but I hope to increase the performance somewhat while maintaining the ability to drive it @ 100 miles a day. The Neon was purchased to replace my former daily driver which was an '89 Dodge Aries K. Yeah, I had a K car. It was my grandma's before I bought it and cheap transportation for 4 years. I also own a Chevy Silverado Crew Cab and 1975 Ford Bronco, but Mopar is definately my vehicle of choice for some reason. Perhaps the 1980 Dodge Aspen my folks bought new with it's slant 6 and 3 speed stick warped me somehow! Or like many Mopar fans my age, it had something to do with watching the Dukes of Hazzard every Friday night as a kid. I still regret not buying that '69 Charger in my hometown when I was 16.
Anyhow, that's a little about me, I look forward to learning more about the vehicle I own and talking with folks who understandand appreciate cars, trucks, and performance matters.
