Currently residing in Lithia, Florida. Relocating to Fairbanks and need advice on preparing my truck for Arctic climate...HELP!

Sounds like you may be military. A possible assignment to Alaska is why I retired from the Air Force, especially after 5 years at Malmstrom AFB, Montana!!!!!!!!!!
