I just purchased a Paxton supercharger (used) and I was wondering if anyone out there could tell me the amount of boost you can run on a stock motor without blowing intake gaskets or ruining other things?

I believe 8 pounds of boost is recomended ... but I think you can go up to 10 or 12 MAX before having to change internals... I am not an expert on S/C's but I believe that is what you can do... if you don't mind me asking... is the 360 in a ram or a dakota... you can also ask the guys at Dakota-Durango.com those boards are FILLED with intelligent and informed people... very nice guys too.
