hello All. I'm from NJ and have a 95 neon mtx sohc. I had a couple of questions

1) I'm redoing my exhaust system? What headers are legal for NJ emissions? Can I use an aftermarket cat?

2) Any reasonably priced junk yards around in NJ? Many of the junk yards in NJ that i've looked at often charge higher prices for salvage than the equivalent aftermarket OEM part?

What part of New Jersey are you from? That might help alittle bit with the junk yard question and the emissions i'm not too positive but i dont think they are too strick i mean hell i see civics all over jersey with aftermarket exhaust so it couldnt be that bad
