My dad will probably be there with the Mirada...I used to be a regular in the chrysler classics series and i still attend some events but the new owners have taken it in a direction that i didnt care for...its become a major "buddy club".

 

Well he and I can 'buddy' up, but I am not sure what car I am taking. I need to have the Demon's engine rebuilt as the cam is rusted. Hopefully it lasts until fall and then I will have it rebuilt,

I went to the Raceway today for a few hours and forgot my camera. There were a lot of old, cool race (drag?) cars and a small car show. There were maybe 25 cars and one Hemi Road Runner, although I forget the year (67-69?). A couple GTX's, one GTS Dart, one lil red truck, and one Polara. Wonder if one of the GTX's was mopar6spd? My damn Coronet stalled three times as I went to leave as it seems to do this if I hit a grade and bumps. Would not even turn over for the next 15 minutes. Atleast I had some good company and cool cars to look over again as I waited for the ballast resistor to 'cool down' and then it turned over with no problem. This happened once before and is starting to annoy me,
