This regional section is for the North East of the United States per the heading not the N.E. of Illinois. Look at the header for directions:


North East ME, NH, VT, MA, RI, CT, NJ, NY, PA

 

oh I see where that came from, IDK how this thread got put with those states'; I just noticed the title of the thread and jumped into it.... I guess maybe someone should see if a mod could move it where it should be
