They've abandoned their market in attempt to witfully keep their gas guzzling tanks. I have no respect for GM other than their branches such as Saturn. Saturn has made an attempt by removing the Ion, adding the Astra (love) and Aura. Both are good steps in the right direction as far as quality and looks go.

Care to explain how they abandoned their market? I haven't seen a radical shift in their lineup that would suggest anything like that...
