when you see one of those explorers in your rear view mirror you will go wtf is that ugly pos, then you will realize ti is an explorer. the mustang had the same effect at first too.

 

Just when i thought ford couldn't possibly make any more dull, boring, ugly vehicles.....I would love to see their design guys...The Freestyle is sooo dull...Looks like a late eighties escort wagon. LOL

 

What do you think the odds are that the Nitro will actually have those wheel flares on them? Without the wheel flares the Nitro is no less a box than the Explorer.

Not being a Dodge cheerleader, I would have to say it looks pretty good. Ford (and other makes) do have more options for the customer when it comes to SUVs and not just one. Variity makes life a bit more interesting.

 

Ford has many SUV options? The BoxPlorer, BoxPedition and BoxCursion are the same damn SUV's, only each one is longer than the other. lol

We're not being Dodge cheerleaders. I like other SUV's. But Ford's are the MOST plain design EVER...

 

i admit the exterior of the last gen explorers weren't bad, but they f*ckin ruined it now.

 

The Nitro is a box also, but not as bad as the Ford Explorer. American car designers need to start designing like the europeans do.

that has got to be teh stupidest thing Ive heard all week.

 

No we just need to get better designers, w/ better ideas. If we start designing like the europeans, all of the cars we make will start to look like theirs and we are already accusing american companies of copying each other, y because they are out of fresh, new ideas.


so my thought.........Better ideas= Better, more Original cars
