Well I am sure the people that bought GT's are happy. It just means that their cars are actually going to be worth something down the road. can't say the Viper re-sale prices are holding up right now.

The car is sound, it's a popular car, but its just priced too high.

I wont say I saw a flop coming, but I think Ford reached too high with it. It's not a Ferrari....or a Lamborghini. Had they priced it in the Corvette/Viper pricing range, I think you'd see them continue to make it.

However, there was a rumor that if they discontinued this car....they were going to go forward with production of that Shelby GR-1 concept.....so that could be why they dropped it....
