Default 1971 Dodge Adventurer

Hey all, I'm not sure exactly where to post this because it doesn't have its own section in trucks. I'm looking to buy in 4 days a 1971 Dodge Adventurer. This link will show you the truck. http://i88.photobucket.com/albums/k1...h/P3020054.jpg

Here's the story. I went to my best friends house party 4 years ago in high school and saw this beauty in the corner surrounded by bushes. I asked my friend why it was just sitting there on empty tires. He told me that he bought it last summer from a guy who just rebuilt it and customized it and he drove it for about 2 months before he totally lost intrest. If you could see the other trucks to the left you'd understand. I asked him what he wanted for it 4 years ago and he told me he wanted 10 grand. At the time I couldn't afford it. I recently got engaged and my wife was going on about how she wanted a nice vehicle for pictures on our wedding day. So instead of renting one I decided to ask my best friend if his step father still had the truck and if he wanted to get rid of it.

It was the perfect timing... He was almost at the point last summer of cleaning it up and listing it in the buysell but again lost intrest. So I asked him how much he wanted for the beast and we talked for a bit and hes selling it for 5700.

So what I'm wanting to know is what is this truck like. It has a rebuilt 360 that has less the 20000 km on it. Its on airbags, ford posi and has 24" slicks. The rear end of this truck is worth more then I'm paying for it. Is there anywhere I can get some information on this truck. Even google pictures will not come up with something that looks like this truck. Does anyone have any information that would help me out?

The Adventurer was a trim package on 100 series Dodge truck in the late 60's and early 70's, and was basically upgraded interior and exterior trim. From what I can see in the pic, the bed, cab and front fenders are definately 72-80 era, the location of the gas cap is 74-80, the hood looks to be 78-93, I cant see the grill.
It's not a 71.
