Default '95 Neon Fuel Pump not running

I have a 1995 Dodge Neon SOHC that died on me. I have troubleshot it to the PCM not turning on the Fuel Pump& Auto Shutdown relays. I replaced the PCM and this did not solve the problem. I can ground the control wires for both relays at the PCM connector and the pump will run. What would cause the PCM to not enable the Fuel Pump Relays?

Default RE: '95 Neon Fuel Pump not running

sounds like the same problem as me but i'm in a ram 1500there's three sensors to look at 1)camshaft 2)crankshaft 3)neutral safety.I think your car is too old to do the obd thing. Cycle the key on-off on-off on leave it on watch the engine light and the odometer count the times the engine light goes on there will be a pause between the numbers.if the odometer says NoBu5 it's probably a PCM failure, maybe not programmed properly?Sorry don't know much more for you.Good luck.let me know the results
