94 ram 1500 5.2 v8 when i go to start it up (when ever) i have to prime the fuel system ( turn the key on and off 2 times) before it will start. it will just turn over and over and no start. and sometimes even if i do turn the key on and off it may still not start.

i have a hyper tech programer, volant cold air intake, throttle body spacer, gibson exhaust
