Hey i was wondering if i bought a superchip flashpaq for my 06 hemi, can i share it with someone else that has an 06 hemi or 4.7L engine? I say this because id rather spend half the money for something that 2 people can benefit from instead of me. Do these things have like a memory in which can only be programmed with 1 trucks computer?

I understand that the flash packs are one vehicle specific in that you have to put in your vin number. If what I understand is true the only way to share it is to put your OEM settings back into your pcm. That totally eliminates what you want to buy it for. You can always go to the maufacurer of the flash pak and ask them.

 

It programs the flash pack to the vehicle. You can only use it on one vehicle at a time. Once you put the OEM settings back on, then and only then can you use it for another vehicle. Your buddy will have to buy his own.
