I've got a problem with my neon mis firing. The 1 and 4 cylinders are getting plenty of spark but the 2 and the 3 are getting little to no spark at all. I have replace the plugs and wires, coil pack (twice), and the plug that connects to the coil pack and I', still having the same problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

i replaced the cam sensor and still no fire in the 2 and 3 cylinders. My cousin put it on the scan tool and it threw code 21, something about the downstream O2 sensor. Still needing help.
