Anyone know what would be the best type of computer modification to do to a Procharger Supercharged Shelby Durango. It originally came with a Kenne Bell supercharger but the previous owner changed it. I am wondering if a new ECM or a piggy-back unit would be best/ most cost effective?

Yes it is a real Shelby!
I do not know why the previous owner modified it.
And yes I know I need new injectors!
