Scanner works, Pit Command works, Track Pass used to work but now it doesn't. I have everything that I need to run them. Tried it on both my latops and nothing. Customer service is too stupid and I think I'm just gonna call them and demand my money back.

Is anyone else having problems with it?

 

Only thing I can say to ya man is I think you havea screwed up software installation. There's only one real way to fix it, and that's to reload the computer.

You could try a registry editor to remove all traces of the program, but a fresh install would eliminate any guesswork. I'm game to help you out if you are interested in trying...

 

Well, the thing is that I've tried it on 3 computers (now), 4 different browsers, updated everything and nothing...

The thing is, the crap worked before and just recently stopped working. I'm just think maybe it's my internet connection. But I've never had a problem and I have very good Embarq DSL. Shouldn't be a problem.
