NBC Could be fined?

The FCC could apparently fine NBC $27,500 for Dale Earnhardt Jr.'s indiscretion [cuss word at Talladega][Winston Salem Journal)(10-11-2004)

The Kansas race did have a 5-second delay because of this stupid thing!

Yeah, but that was Dale Jr's mistake, not NBC. As I noted earlier, NBC now joins ABC Monday Night Football with their 5 second delay in controlling what we see and hear on the airwaves......[:@]
