it kinda looked to me that the viper did not have a good reaction time???? or is it just me....

Well the Viper driver completely botched his launch for one. And assuming it was stock, it wouldn't have run near an 11.50. However, looking at the Ram's trap speed, it's obvious the Viper would reel it in and pass it...

11.5 is impressive, but the Viper was a GTS (400 hp not 500), he screwed up his launch and he was late.

Viper GTS' were 450hp, not 400. Except for the ACR Editions wich were 460hp.....
