Theres a drag schedule on that link. The ideal situation would be a head-to-head drag race with my friend. I guess it would be fine if it wasnt a head to head race. I don't understand what all the things in the schedule mean. What days would we be allowed to run our near stock pick-ups?

you will want to attend days that include muffled test and tune, or time trials. i think that the no time grudge run might also work for you and your buddy, but i would run without getting a timeslip...
if you can ask about a specific date, i can tell you what i think that it means...ive not been to THAT track, but ive been to many, many others.
