I had a couple of srt4 neon kills wed. night at the car meet i frequent. one was stock w/upgraded fuel system only. we raced from a 30 i honked he was brake boosting and I wasnt. we hit and i pulled him bythree pulling up top. we raced again from a 50 and he honked and i brake boosted and i pulled by 4 and was still pulling hard up top. the next guy had upgraded everything but a turbo, he said exhaust, comp, fuel, etc. and we raced and went from a 30 and i was brake boosting we hit and i pulled by 2 still pulling. it was fun. those little neons keep impressing me on how fast they are. for only making around 300 wheel they are fast. they stay side by side my ss until my 3rd gear. then i just pull away.

I have an 02 SS, its an ls1 with headers, 3in ypipe, cutout, lid, ported t/b, u/d pulley. i make 370 at the wheel. in a full weight d/d.

no siiirrr, not since the first week that ive had it. that wwek no mods i ran 9.0 spinning with a 2.0 60ft. it was crappy and im sure i can do better but im scared of grenading the 10 bolt. so i just play on the street till then.
