Default The "Ultra Bad Boys" Get Even BADER!

Jimmy Spencer will pilot Ultra Motorsports’ #1 Dodge in the Craftsman Truck Series this season and also plans a partial Nextel Cup campaign, NASCAR.com reports. Ted Musgrave, who has driven the #1 truck for the past four years, will take over as driver of the team's #2 Dodge. The story says Spencer, 47, expects to drive for Arnold Motorsports in a Nextel Cup schedule that will depend on sponsorship. He will run some Busch Series events for Michael Waltrip and hopes to field his own entry in others. Spencer says he may also have an unspecified television deal for the year. Also the #50 team will skip Speedweeks [Daytona] due to budget constraints.

Why the change from Ted Musgrave to the #2 Carquest truck when he has been in that truck for four years now? Well it looks like because of Jimmy Spencer running a few races for Michael Waltrip, was going to conflict on some of the sponsers. NAPA is a associate sponser on the Aaron's Dream Machine that Michael owns in the Busch Series... they didn't want to see Carquest be the sponser of Spencer if he was going to run the truck series. So Jim Smith owner of Ultra Motorsports and Ultra Wheels, changed the drivers from one truck to the next!

But one thing is for sure, the "Ultra Bad Boys" are back!
