Rolex 24 At Daytona:
Many NASCAR drivers will be running the Rolex 24 At Daytona [International Speedway]. Scott Pruett won the pole on Thursday in a Chip Ganassi with Felix Sabates Lexus Riley. NASCAR drivers scheduled to race include Kurt Busch, Matt Kenseth, Greg Biffle, Jimmie Johnson, Bobby Labonte, Terry Labonte, Tony Stewart, Casey Mears, Jamie McMurray, Boris Said and NBC Broadcaster Wally Dallenbach Jr.
Speed Channel begins its coverage at 12:00noon/et on February 5 and will carry all of the action through the first seven hours of the race. After a one-hour break, the telecast resumes at 8:00pm/et, with coverage continuing until 11:00pm/et. The third and final segment of the telecast hits the airwaves at 8:00am/et on February 6, running through the race’s conclusion and including the post-race victory celebrations.
