C'mon... have you watched a 20 car pile up lately? Ryan Newman flipping, Tony Stewart flipping over traffic, Elliott Sadler doing a tumble side over side on track... Nothing in NASCAR is scripted out... Heck... a jammed air gun can lose a race... ever watched a rookie race for his first Daytona 500 win? Or a golden oldie who knows the track by heart... everyone wants to win the Daytona 500. EVERYONE. I hardly think that 43 cars on a Super Speedway all racing to get to the front at 200mph could set up a finish like that... things like that cannot be planned. Your sources hardly know NASCAR in my opinion.

Thats why I was in Daytona, the first national of the year...

Thank you Amanda... I am glad someone sees it the exactly way I do... I am sure the injuries and deaths are scripted too? Any type of racing is dangerous, and none of the races I have ever noticed have been scripted. I have riden my dirtbikes in sod drags, and that was never scripted. If NASCAR was so fake, why do companies spend millions of dollars on cars, just to see the scripted guys to win? I am sure UPS wasn't thrilled that Dale Jarett wasn't scripted to win more races then just the one at Rockingham, and had his worst point finish in his carrer. I am sure ALLTEL loved the script written for them to win 11 poles and 8 wins! But I thank you for making me laugh today!

Lets see if Nascar was scripted.....Adam Petty, Kenny Irwin Jr., Tony Roper, Neil Bonnett, Dale Earnhardt and the list goes on and on...would they be dead? Yeah I'm sure Nascar scripted their death...before Daytona in 2001...Mike Helton walks up to Dale Earnhardt...."Hey Dale, I hate to do this to you, but you're dying at the end of the race today, that is just the the way Bill France wrote it! Sorry!" Yeah I'm sure that is what goes on. Like redrider said....would they have scripted it that it would take Mikey 463 or however many races to win...then win the biggest of them all? Yeah right. Would it have taken Dale Earnhardt 20 tries to finally win the Daytona 500?? I think not!
Nascar is NOT scripted...I think you've gotten you Sunday afternoons and Monday nights mixed it...the scripted stuff is on Monday nights at 9pm on SpikeTV.

 

I know that all I said was a 500. Not everything always goes as planned in anything...

IM NOT SAYIN ITS TRUE. I hope its not...
