Default help on 318 warped heads

Hi, I'm new here, anyway my Dodge Ram 150 truck severely overheated, I pulled the heads and have about .010 unwanted cleareance in and around cylinder 5, also part of the piston is burnt away, I can see a small part of the top ring. The truck is old (1989) and used for firewood and dump runs and other utility needs and I don't have much cash, what would you advise, I did find an early 70's vintage engine with low oil pressure, will the heads (my heads are throttle body intake) bolt on, how about the piston, any help appreciated, this is my first Dodge.
